This book, used with the book A Civil Action, is an excellent way to follow one case through the legal process and understand basic civil procedure rules. However, I was required to purchase this book as a third year law student for a PreTrial Practice Class... I found the exercises a very tedious review of First Year Civil Procedure. It would be excellent for a first year class though. Being able to see the actual pleadings and motions filed in the Woburn case was very neat though.
