Editorial Reviews:
Product Description At 4-by-6 inches, this complete reference guide travels easily to the courtroom or classroom. NITA s invaluable handbook bridges the gap between knowing the rules of evidence and applying them in a judicial setting--and clearly identifies what proposed evidence is subject to exclusion by objection. This updated 5th edition provides the reader--judge, lawyer, or law student--with a primer on the fine art of making effective objections to inadmissible evidence. This handy guide will also be very useful in practice in the courts of all fifty states. Indeed, forty-one states now have evidence codes patterned directly after the Federal Rules. This updated edition includes a mini-CD with the entire book in PDF format hyperlinked and bookmarked for ease of use.

Customer Reviews: Ebook Shortcoming or defect? October 27, 2009 AVS (Philippines) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is certainly a handy and helpful guide for trial lawyers. But its usefulness as an ebook is negated by not being able to "jump" to the relevant objection from the table of contents. The function of being able to "jump" to the specific objection from the table of contents stops at "prior inconsistent statements". Is this a defect of the ebook or my download?
Table of Contents Hyperlink is BROKEN. Do not Buy. November 12, 2009 Pen Ultimate 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a true bug w/ the Table of Contents. (Which itself is not even properly indexed--the actual Location is 34.) Please fix this. Book not helpful unless all the TOC is hyperlinked. Perhaps this is a defect only with Kindle for iPhone? I wonder if "Kindle" users are experiencing the same problem.
